The MultiVac Thermoformer is a packaging device that forms, fills and seals while utilizing low amounts of packaging material and personnel. The machine allows for a high level of automation, individual pouch design, variation in package size and is environmental sound using minimal amounts of water and energy.

The Mutivac Thermoformer packaging machine produces custom pouches made of Foil, Tyvek, Films and Paper. Finished products are sealed with validated measurable results. The machine uses an automated controlled sealing system that runs at a constant temperature regulated by a temperature sensor control panel.

The new machine will produce products more efficiently and offer an improved design. The previous method caused some product packaging to have curled edges. The new packaged products are flat making shipping simple.
